I like sport and I like poem, and the two you have combined. Nice one, Ahmad.

Sportivity for everthing else too......Olympic spirits shouldn't play every four years in sports only, my friend. But for ever in EVERTHING (yea, sounds like the impossible dream) . But no harm in dreaming and trying... Cheers. SUbroto

I did not see all of the Olympic opener, so I cannot appreciate all of your poem to the fullest. Not very sportive of me. I do like the ending: one world, one dream / five interlocking rings / blue, black, yellow, red, green / America, Africa, Australia, Asia, Europe This should appeal to everyone and is what the Olympics should be all about.

AHMAD, THE OPENING CEREMONIES WERE BEYOND BELIEF. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. ARE THEY THE SUPER-PEOPLE FROM OUTER SPACE? IT WAS SO EERIE AND MYSTICAL. THEIR PROFESSED CONSCIOUS CONNECTION TO NATURE/BEING IN THE PRESENT MAY EXPLAIN THEIR ABILITY TO PRODUCE MIND-BOGGLING PERFECTLY COORDINATED DISPLAYS. WOW AND DOUBLE WOW. THANK YOU FOR CAPTURING IT AND SHARING. CAROL HUGHES (RHODES)
