2. Let's Ignore The Part (About Love) Poem by Casual Diamond

2. Let's Ignore The Part (About Love)

Dawn and Noon is day
A time to rest
Evening arrives so slowly
The time that's the best
And night suits me just fine

Let's ignore the part
About love
It all seems too messy
And untrue

The morning's not my time
Nor yours
Parading naked and barefooted
Imperfections on show
It doesn't bother me though

Let's ignore the part
About love
We know all about these things
They'll come and go
Grow and glow, then begin to slow

I like your legs
Full of glory
