Wow what can I say to that..wanna hold hands and fly together..would it take us to a better place though..what would we be leaving behind..who would we be leaving behind..a great write and one I can associate with right now myself..thanks for sharing..hugs Chris..
You have expressed yourself well. I can truly relate, having often felt frustrated with the madness and barbarism of this world. I frequently contemplate blowing my brains out, but only for a few fleeting seconds. Then I let reason regain control of my mind, and I realize that to kill myself so would be to apply a permanent solution to temporary problems. Also, to actually go through with suicide is to take the weak way out. As Nietze said, 'To live is to suffer! ' Part of life's mystery is that we have to struggle with existence. We need the bitter so that we can appreciate the sweet. Anyway, wake up! There would be no flying but only the horror of knowing, 'Oops, I made a mistake, splat! ' Do not pay any attention to sentimental fools who foolishly encourage your contemplation of suicide with words like 'wanna' and offers you hugs and drivel about jumping with you to go to a better place! If you kill yourself, you will only encourage others to kill themselves and will rip the hearts out of the people who love you and will cry over another life wasted. I have known many people who killed themselves, and their self destructive actions have never brought anything but sorrow and misery to the living they left behind!
