Rating: 3.5

One of if not the most talented Poetesses that shared her work on this site. Her passing was a loss to this site and for me a personal loss as Sandra was as good of a friend as she was an extraordinary wordsmith.~FjR~

Your endeavors to build a friendship bridge from west to east are really admirable! I am a newcomer to this site. I just had a glance through your poems and was highly impressed. In course of time I will take time to read more of them. Meanwhile I would like you to know that a selection of my poems too has been posted on this site. I would request you to kindly visit the same, at your convenience, and give me your valuable comments on some of them.

One day I was sitting in my garden I looked up and you were there. I wondered how. So it was on the friendship bridge you arrived. No matter how you got here dear Bodhi Sattva that you are here is what makes my soul sing. Love Always Paddy

THE POET HAS NO BARRIER, ALL BECOME HIS ADMIRER. YOU HAVE LEARNT TAGORE'S TEACHING, FOR YOU I HAVE A FEELING. TAGORE HAS UNIVERSAL NATIONHOOD, HE LEFT HIS CREATION FOR GOOD. HIS TEACHING GIVES YOU ENJOYMENT, IT'S YOUR GREAT ACHIVEMENT.

There is no better way to build understanding than having a friendship bridge crossing borders, communication and respect is needed to make things happen. Art goes beyond country, religion, race and colour Your poem shows the way as it positivity shines with peace and love...Cindy.

sandraji, i don't know whether you know about east-west university founded by nataraja guru, friend and philosopher of tagore. nataraja guru is from my place, a man who never believed in the frontiers separated world as different countries. he was a universal citizen. the university still exists as a true bond between eastern and western thoughts... nataraja guru says: life is constant purge....if everybody follows this, how beautiful the world would have been!

What a beautiful poem Sandra, your friendship bridge reminds me of how I think we send out threads of friendship that bond souls together unknowingly to keep forever with us whilst treading the earth. Wondrous poem. HG: -) xx
