this poem is really great - the only redeeming quality of grief is its poignance in poetic verse. ok maybe thats too strong a statement, i am sure there are other facets i cant think of right now. karl, this poem brought out the part of grief i cherish - the bittersweet of love lost.... thanks for sharing
