Nice theme and a great write. The first and last stanzas are the best. This is a thought-provoking piece and inspires us to do self-introspection.

Your poem makes me think of the story of the wave who was panicky. When another wave asked why, it said: Don't you see we are aproaching the shore and look what happens to our brothers they are just breaking up. The other wave replied Do not be foolish, we are just all part of the ocean. I think this concept is true but so hard to understand. I am still struggling with it but I think I understand it bit by bit. You are right, whatever life brings, doing good gives us a glimpse on of eternal happiness. you write deep thoughts, a pleasure to read and reflect on.
