Sounds like you're a bit more than 'annoyed' with the way the world is headed. I don't blame you, however I'm not sure I agree with joining in another world war since it won't make a difference and we'll all be dead in the end. But perhaps you meant this in a less literal way, I'm not very good at discerning other people thoughts at times. Still, this is a very thought provoking poem and I enjoyed it very much!
