Lonely is such a sad state and sometimes I live it, thank God mostly I'm a happy, very busy person and hope to be that way for a very long time. I enjoyed this poem very much. Thankyou Michael---Melvina---

like the story/poem, the idea works very well on paper, the sad part, being alone can be and is very sad, , , , , , , , , , , , , , and yes i can see every word of this poem, very good.

I have great appreciation for Lonely... Great friend of Loneliness, my good friend. Michael I love the personification... I'm inspired to write back to Lonely.

Couldn't resist having a peep at this - after reading your first poem, which is adorable. This one should be accompanied by Aaron Copeland - perhaps his Clarinet Concerto. You are one crazy poet! love, Allie xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Podner, ya made me right proud. Not so lonesome, tonight. Gosh, this is a good poem. I saw a lotta horses in Tennessee, but most of 'em was thoroughbreds - you know, the kind that run around in circles. Not like the cattle-hosses we got down hyar in Texas. Honored by bein' noticed by a foreigner. - Will
