a common belief
don't stir the water
or your stay will be brief

alone and secluded
left to my thoughts

every bit of information
gathered from each situation...
determining the mood
...i sit here and brood

icy hot
with many a dark spot...
furthest from the sun
still apart of the conundrum
...

upon a lonely road i stroll
emotional depths of life taking its toll...
somewhere between here and there i fell
...fastened to her amorous allure
...

awake in my mind
i never get to sleep
dreams and reality intertwined
are there rewards to reap?
