Money is not the happiness.
Happiness can't sell or buy.
My happiness is my friends,
My lover and my family.
...
You left me that morning fall.
The white butterfly was sad.
Making the colored flowers fall fast.
AS I sat next to your guitar.
...
The warmth Spring, soft touch my face
With bloom the flowers everywhere
The sunshine sparkles the sky
Watch the beautiful morning
...
I cannot wait for spring flowers.
The invitations have begun to Spring.
I used to think I loved spring flowers
...
She has broken my heart into so many pieces,
Likes her face's hell
She did not care me much
Her face is just MONEY
...
The flower’s car was so marvelous.
Her wedding’s ring illuminated
under great sunshine.
Her lips full and pink as roses
...
Wandering in the hallway.
Can't find happiness in the hospital.
Sick patients hoping to get well,
Confusing when and when mom's getting better?
...
When will this thirst for freedom of all?
When will our love of slavery die?
When the Ukraine Mother's will fetters break?
When will the Ukraine war cease?
...
My love - sweet honey
Sweet sweet sweet honey
See I love here with sweet honey
And it is better than nectar
...
There must be blue world
For a morning like this, when the blue breeze
Caresses like gentle tulips
All over. I do know
...
My tears are like golden well
Of the stars on the lovely roses;
And all my red roses and forget-me-not 's flowers
Of unremembered stars and rainbow.
...
To my mom I love, the great mom I adore,
my only love in life, the great mom I live for -
Though we might fight more than we get along well,
I know our relationship will never go wrong.
...
I feel my heart beating
in the mid-night like the red tulip:
my veins are slow ran
and not wine,
...
When I was born a tiny baby,
my kindness mom hold me in her arms,
felt warm like the sunshine
which God give me
...
The beautiful sky of Spring,
the soft kiss is on my face
So sweet as your tender love,
As my feeling for you starts to grow
...
I wish the Heaven
will bring my mom
alive as I am praying
God or Buddha to her
...
From the hour I have not been
As others were; I have not thought
As others saw; I have not brought
My passions from a common summer.
...
Here come real orchids to fill the greenhouse,
and here on earth come forget me not, roses, lilies, tulip ect..,
that though they never equal flower in size,
(And they were really stars at earth)
...
Sweet scents red tulips
Red tulips bring such happiness
Our hearts are full of pleasure.

I was born in Saigon, South Vietnam. As a teenager, I developed a deep fascination with both literature and biochemistry. This dual passion required great discipline and a willingness to explore various forms of art to pursue my life's dream. Much of what I learned through self-study has deeply influenced my writing. From a young age, I was inspired by famous Vietnamese poets such as H? Xuân Huong, Nguy?n Du, Xuân Di?u, Huy C?n, and T? H?u. I often sang their poems aloud when I was little. I also read many of my older sister's philosophy books by the age of ten, which shaped my early thinking. In high school, I majored in Biochemistry while continuing to cultivate my love for literature and poetry. In 1980, I fled Vietnam to escape communism, spending two years at Kuku Island in Indonesia before settling in Washington, D.C. There, I attended a bilingual high school and graduated with a GPA of 3.90. I was awarded a scholarship to study pharmacology but chose not to finish my education in Washington, D.C. Instead, I moved to Maryland and began studying at the University of Maryland. Despite financial hardship and receiving no financial support, I persevered. Coming from a poor country, I understood the value of giving and have donated to the homeless, the hungry, the disabled, the American Red Cross, veterans, and animal organizations—both in the U.S. and in Vietnam. I later studied Chemical Engineering at Prince George's Community College and graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park. Eventually, I became a software engineer and earned a scholarship from Rockwell University to study Web Development. Though I never attended a formal literary school, poetry has remained my greatest passion. I have been honored with several Editor's Choice Awards in 2002,2003, and 2004, as well as recognitions from The International Who's Who in Poetry from 2004 to 2007. These include the "Who's Who in Poetry" Limited Edition Pin and inclusion in The Best Poems and Poets of the Year. To me, poetry is the food of my soul. I write romantic, erotic, and free verse poetry, including Haiku and other forms that allow me to express myself freely and emotionally. My writing is driven by imagination, personal experiences, and deep emotional energy. Each poem reflects aspects of my love life, passions, and inner world, offering readers different paths to explore and connect with. Over the years, poetry has been my sanctuary, especially during difficult times—whether recovering from illness, caring for family in hospitals, or dealing with personal loss. It has always been my greatest form of stress relief and a valuable way to invest my time and creativity. I do not need a handsome lover or wine to enjoy writing. I write because I love it. I write because it brings me peace. I write because it is who I am.)
Happiness
Money is not the happiness.
Happiness can't sell or buy.
My happiness is my friends,
My lover and my family.
My happiness is charities,
It is supported the people
Who cared about me?
It is also to help my mom
Recover her illness.
My happiness is my friends
At Poet's workshop
That fills up full time to
read and review poems.
My happiness is to plant
the flowers
and to spent time
for my love's ones.
It is also my love
for my great country
That gives me a freedom.
To think of the happiness,
An ordinary life and an inspiration.
