At an early age, I was born in the USA. I am presently living in Australia (a short stroll from the Indian Ocean.) I work as little as possible, and often write poems.
Here they come - the finest in the land,
Known from Argentina to the plains of Kazakhstan;
They can make the school-boys cheer,
Or the haughty ladies weep –

The waves roar, “Change! ” in their violent undulations,
As day reveals a difference in each burst of morning rays.
Though static as things seem to be, revel in this certainty:
As much as some may wish it – nothing ever stays the same.

For the possibility.

I stop to watch it whiten to snow,
Pondering the inevitable cold
And wondering when?
