Luke Joseph Mckernan Poems

In aging branches, whispers of longing take hold,
A yearning for youth, for stories yet untold,
With each passing season, their roots ache to be free,
To find new soil, new horizons, beyond what they can see.
...

Yet we are all connected, tied by blood and ties,

In the depth of our hearts, where love never dies.
...

I ponder the price that my soul may fetch,

Was it bartered long ago, beyond my sketch?
...

In your essence divine, your dance beneath moon's shine enchants and entwines, captivating the mind.

Her passion, contagious, ignites a fire inside, a chaotic blend of nerves and purpose collide.
...

In this reality, a darkness dwells,
A profound depravity that truly compels.
Desires flood like a reckless tide,
Leaving behind what we truly need, cast aside.

Luke Joseph Mckernan Biography

My day to day life experience is a wonder to behold. I have the most interesting and positive interactions, a stark contrast to earlier life here. I believe in balance ?? Whilst in the light of day I build our brothers and sisters stronger, wiser and more confident with only a smile as my uniform, the dark nights draw me to pad and pen where I can express the lesser walked paths of the mind. My writing is a reflection of this, a reflection of a tough youth, a reflection even about the mindset to a character of my own creation. My writing is my escape yet hopefully my entry to an even more peaceful experience. Farther Son Grandson Brother Lover Employee)

All The Trees

In aging branches, whispers of longing take hold,
A yearning for youth, for stories yet untold,
With each passing season, their roots ache to be free,
To find new soil, new horizons, beyond what they can see.

The birds that grace their boughs, fleeting visitors of delight,
Stir envy within the trees, longing for their flight,
In this symbiotic dance, a tale of nature's flow,
Revealing secrets hidden, the mysteries they bestow.

So let them soar, let them explore, their destiny unknown,
While I remain rooted here, content in my own throne,
For in their travels, I find solace, a peace that's ever near,
As they lift my aspirations, my heart echoes, 'Fly, my dear.'

Luke Joseph Mckernan Quotes

'I am an infinite soul carrying around a corpse'

So much in the world that can make us fearful, like maintaining control of the souls broken down vehicle.

You are on the right track, but you will be run over if you just sit there

Today will come to an end, Yesterday will not come again, Tomorrow is up to you my friends.
