The Best Poem Of Kerry Sheridan

Numb

I try not to feel you,
Try,
You keep standing
over me,
a great unforgivable
cloud

In the dark you
break

A ghost,
of what I was.
Who I was.

I have taken
what,
you have given me.
Black on blue.
And made me
numb.

Miles apart,
separated
by empty sheets.
