O' lovely night, serene and crisp
Follow the moon full to its lead
Hear the wolves howl for him
The acute wanders in my heart
...
Darken clouds and blue stars,
How often shall you visit?
To find my long winded prayers ignored,
For the geese still walk onto my porch.
...
What If
What if innocence remained innocent,
and guilt was two people,
compelled to touch,
trees hush to listen,
as dew drops glisten within thoughts,
like when I think of us.
We frolic within disclosure,
in the blush of others waiting to open,
to unfold our desiring secrets,
upon a night's dream,
that twinkles star dust in sleeping hairs.
Then golden arches, silver rings could flair,
a drab of smoldering eyes,
which weep dearly for this tangible feeling,
that shall confine them to the essential beauty.
As we did originate in the whiff of its breeze,
bathing in waters of paradise and the aura of its flame.
Shall we embroider ourselves always,
like red satin lace, for all to be reminded
of what love truly is.
