In resplendent nestle fading
Yield to sun’s gentle emergence
Diffused in languorous release

Alone in the twilight of summer's day
Dusk would cast pallor on forested glen
Cedar crest mellow on whispering winds
In sighs of filigree aspirations

A simple love poem…
Our fly away dreams upon distant stars
Touch the heavens in darkness ever so

Though lost to the heavens, candlelight burns
Now and evermore in your memory
In darkness of the night I hear your voice
Gentle with the grace your words still carry
