Charlie Bain is a young genderqueer who wrote poetry as a hobby for over three years. They sometimes come up with new poems, but this is rare. They also draws artworks and occasionally writes songs. They are a Pagan as well as a pansexual, and this often shows in their works.
A long time ago
My mother said to me
'Take to the land, child.
Be wild and free.

The fire burns with passion bright
Guiding me throughout the night
Giving me the Divines' insight
So I'll find my way to you

Come inside, dear
And shut the door on your way
Quickly now, don't dottle
Keep the outside light at bay

If such a thing as love exists
Between both you and I
A thousand tears shall be shed for you
From many a' woman's eye
