Is Happiness Meant For All

My heart steps back as my tears flow
In my heart where all the love grow
Deeply wounded as your presence departs from my side
Smiling as the pain hits me from the inside to the point where my mind is no longer on a daily grind
Praying to the Heavens to capture my words to bring you back
Our love so great and that you know was a fact
Without any intention or Doubt of lack
Apart from my heart shattered as you left in the dark
As big dogs tends to bark while in my mind creating its own ark
Shaking to the point to understand does love have mercy
As I remember waiting outside the embassy
No amount words can describe what you have been to me
Waking up in the morning feeling loved that's how I pictured it to be
Loving you as brought me some sense of dignity which turned into integrity and walking down the street with your availability to cure my insecurity
Is happiness meant for all
As our love stopped and had a great fall
But my love for you always had a call
You answered the call with your heart and soul
Now that's happiness meant for all
