Echoes of your name left past

Longing to turn back but feel like I'm wrong
Memories haunt me, like a ghost in my mind
Your smile, your laugh, our moments left behind
I'm searching for solace, a place to unwind
But your absence is a weight that's hard to define

Regret creeps in, like a thief in the night
Stealing what's left of my shattered light
I'm left to wonder, what could've been done
To save our love, to make it whole again
