The constitution and work ethics are only but storytelling by extension anyone with little amount of wealth is above the law.

Who watches the watchman, every citizen of adulthood needs to do something for a living and every public officer who leaves office with nothing to show in terms of property is mocked for being reckless. Nobody evaluate the remuneration attached to the office held everybody expects a comfortable life after service and for their descendants.
