AMAR AGARWALA
A BRIEF PROFILE

I am a practicing Chartered Accountant and Lawyer from the city of Kolkata. I have more than twenty four years of experience in the fields of Audit, Accounts, Management Advisory Services, Legal Draftings, Project Appraisal and Management. Have extensively taught over the past three decades, specializing in soft-skill training, besides I am a motivational speaker. Also lectured on various topics noted above, including spiritual discourses and creativity, both in the country and abroad.

I am a thinker and have penned down various treatises and inspirational works, including novels, prose and poems. My literary creations include – MISSING VARRUN (Creative Fiction – Bestseller) , Blue Horizon/Horizonte Azul (Book of poems done as a bilingual project along with the Dept.of Culture, Govt.of Spain) , Astral Runner (Fantasy Fiction) , and An Awakening/Un Despertar (Play) done as a bilingual project along with the Comunidad de Hindu Ceuta & Dept.of Culture, Govt.of Spain. Recently, my fifth work titled – CALCUTTA KALEIDOSCOPE, which is a collection of short stories was published in the city of Kolkata.

I also believe that creativity is the essence of existence and of life!
